WHAT FABRICS DO YOU STOCK?
We carry stock of our screen printed and woven fabrics only. We do not carry any stock of our digitally printed fabrics.
CAN I PUT A HOLD ON A FABRIC?
We will hold in stock fabrics for 5 business days. Once your hold is over the fabric will be available for other orders. We do not alert showrooms that their holds have expired so please set a reminder for yourself.
CAN MY CLIENT ORDER ARCHIVED FABRIC OF A SWATCH THEY HAVE?
We are able to sell archived patterns/colorways at the following minimums:
- Digitally Printed: 5-yards
- Screen Printed: 25-yards
- Wovens: case by case, please email us what you're looking for.
WHAT WALLPAPERS DO YOU STOCK?
All of our wallpaper is printed to order so we do not carry any stock. Please see lead times for wallpaper in our line sheet here.
CAN I ORDER WALLPAPER NOT IN 5-YARD INCREMENTS?
We only print in 5-yard increments for wallpaper and will not accept orders that are not rounded up.
CAN MY CLIENT ORDER ARCHIVED WALLPAPER OF A SWATCH THEY HAVE?
We are able to sell archived wallpaper of our digitally printed patterns/colorways at a 5-yard minimum, with a $75 set up fee for orders under 30 yards. We cannot sell archived screen printed wallpaper.
WHEN WILL MY CLIENT'S ORDER SHIP?
In stock items will ship 1-2 business days. Other items will be printed to order. Please see our print to order lead times in our line sheet here.
MY CLIENT'S ORDER NOW: NEEDS TO BE RUSHED, NEEDS THE ADDRESS CHANGED, NEEDS IT'S SIGNATURE WAIVED, NEEDS TO BE RESENT BECAUSE IT BOUNCED, ETC:
We are happy to accommodate any changes necessary for your client but cannot cover any additional expenses associated with changing their order. Please be sure to communicate shipping details with your client before processing their order.
CAN WE GET A RESTOCK ON SWATCHES?
Please send all swatch requests through your swatch library manager to June (firstname.lastname@example.org). We prefer this to individual salespeople sending in requests, as this way we know your library is fully stocked. We have a swatch form that you can fill out for ease and are happy to refill swatches on a bi-weekly basis.
CAN YOU SEND SWATCHES TO OUR CLIENT?
In order to protect your relationship with your clients and avoid any confusion on who they should order from, we ask that you send swatches directly to your customer. Please refer to the directions above if you are out of swatches.
