Fabric by the Yard
WHAT FABRICS DO YOU STOCK?
We carry stock of our screen printed, embroidered and woven fabrics only. We do not carry any stock of our digitally printed fabrics.
CAN I PUT A HOLD ON A FABRIC?
We will hold in-stock fabrics for 5 business days. Once your hold is over the fabric will be available for other orders. We do not alert showrooms that their holds have expired so please set a reminder for yourself.
CAN MY CLIENT ORDER ARCHIVED FABRIC OF A SWATCH THEY HAVE?
We are able to sell archived patterns/colorways at the following minimums:
- Digitally Printed: 5-yards
- Screen Printed: 25-yards
- Wovens: case by case, please email us what you're looking for.
WHAT WALLPAPERS DO YOU STOCK?
All of our wallpaper is printed to order so we do not carry any stock. Lead time approximately 4-6 weeks, plus shipping and rush printing is available.
CAN MY CLIENT ORDER ARCHIVED WALLPAPER OF A SWATCH THEY HAVE?
We are able to sell archived wallpaper of our digitally printed patterns/colorways at a 5-yard minimum, with a $75 set up fee for orders under 30 yards. We cannot sell archived screen printed wallpaper.
WHEN WILL MY CLIENT'S ORDER SHIP?
In stock items will ship 1-2 business days. Other items will be printed to order with typical lead times.
MY CLIENT'S ORDER NOW: NEEDS TO BE RUSHED, NEEDS THE ADDRESS CHANGED, NEEDS IT'S SIGNATURE WAIVED, NEEDS TO BE RESENT BECAUSE IT BOUNCED, ETC:
We are happy to accommodate any changes necessary for your client but cannot cover any additional expenses associated with changing their order. Please be sure to communicate shipping details with your client before processing their order.
MY CLIENT'S ORDER IS HIGHER THAN THE AMOUNT ON THE SHIPPING CHART
Please add up the total yardage that is needed using the shipping chart breakdown. For example, a 150 yard wallpaper order will be $64 (cost of 100 yards) + $46 (cost of 50 yards) = $110.
CAN WE GET A RESTOCK ON SWATCHES?
Please us code SHOWROOMSWATCHREQUEST to order your swatch request directly online. As showroom assortments vary, please check your line sheet before ordering swatches.
CAN YOU SEND SWATCHES TO OUR CLIENT?
In order to protect your relationship with your clients and avoid any confusion on who they should order from, we ask that you send swatches directly to your customer. Please refer to the directions above if you are out of swatches.
DO YOU PROVIDE CFAs?
We supply CFAs for in-stock fabrics for a $20 fee. Your CFA will ship once your order has been paid in full, and the balance of your order will ship upon CFA approval. This can affect your order lead time by up to two weeks depending on where it’s shipping so please be aware of this delay in fulfillment. CFA fees are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide CFAs for orders under 5 yards, digitally printed fabric, or wallpaper. Our vendors are very precise, so we feel confident that your order should be a good match to your swatch.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not take returns for any purchases through showrooms as we were not responsible for the service the customer received. You can find our full return policy here. As always, should there be an issue with the product please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
