Do you offer trade accounts?

We do! You can sign up for a trade account here. Please don't forget to send your resale certificate to sales@rebeccaatwood.com so we can approve you.

 

Do you offer free trade swatches?

A limited amount of swatches are included in our trade program. Please email us with your trade account information and your swatch request, and we'll see what we can do! Unfortunately, we cannot afford the material and labor costs associated with providing unlimited free samples to everyone, but we are growing and hope to offer this in the future.

 

I need a bigger swatch to show my client a larger piece of the fabric. How can I get a larger piece of fabric?

If you can't stop by our showroom or a partnering showroom with your client, you can get a piece through our loan program. Get in touch with us at sales@rebeccaatwood.com , and we'll fill you in on how to get larger fabric pieces in hand as soon as possible.

 

I’m trying to log in to my trade account but it's not working.

We're sorry you are having trouble with our trade account! To apply your trade discount to an order, just enter the trade discount code at check out. Our shop accounts keep your payment and billing address information on file for ease of use, but you are not required to log in to receive trade pricing. You are welcome to create an account for a speedier check out experience, but please note you will need to enter the discount code each time you order. Get in touch if you have additional questions!

 

I want my client to approve a pillow. Can I return it if it doesn’t work?

We understand ensuring a pillow is a great fit is important, and we want your client to be happy. Unfortunately, due to shipping and handling fees at our warehouse, we cannot afford to lend out pillows for approval.

We have a couple options for client approval. Let us know which works best for you:

  • We can send a swatch of the pillow fabric so your client can review the color in person.
  • We can sell you the pillow covers, not including the inserts, and you can return them for a refund less the $20 restocking fee per item.
  • We can send you the pillows, and you can return them for a refund less the $20 restocking fee per item.
  • If you are in the New York area, you can pick up pillows or bigger fabric pieces for approval in our showroom and fill out a credit card authorization instead of purchasing.
