Position Purpose

This internship supports our small, collaborative studio with organizational projects and cross-team tasks that keep creative work moving smoothly. You’ll contribute to the behind-the-scenes systems that bring textiles, wallpapers, and visuals to life—while gaining practical exposure to how a values-driven, small creative business operates.

Key Responsibilities &Accountabilities

Studio Organization & Archives:

· Assist with the organization of the studio space for daily workflow.

· Maintain the artwork archive: scan, label, and file artwork as needed.

· File approvals for wallpaper, murals, and fabric.

· Create and update binders for custom color developments

· Maintain the product development library (quality samples, strike-offs, and samples)

 

Digital Assets & Product Pages:

· Update product pages with new install photography and basic metadata

· Ensure imagery and file naming follow brand standards and are easy to locate.

· Assist with alt-text labeling.

 

Additional Projects:

· Support sample sale preparation (sorting, labeling, and potentially photographing)

· Support cross-team needs and jump into special projects based on what’s happening in the studio (e.g. photo shoot prep, shipments, sample pulls)

· Note: Responsibilities may shift based on studio priorities; flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building and maintaining systems.

· Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach.

·  Comfortable handling physical studio tasks (lifting/moving sample boxes, tidying, and labeling)

·  Interest in small-business operations
