You do not need to be present to receive your package. At checkout you have the option to add 'Signature Opt-Out' if you'd like your package left at it's destination. If you submitted payment for fabric or wallpaper through an invoice, we will ship your order with a signature requirement unless you have requested otherwise. Please be sure to evaluate your needs and let us know.
Requiring a signature for delivery is helpful when shipping to construction sites, workrooms, or any locations where you want to pinpoint who accepted the package. In residential situations, it can delay delivery if the customer is not home to accept the package. If delivery is unable to be made, this will result in the package being redirected to pickup location or returned to us.
We know waiting for your order can be tough! We send our orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Anything in stock will ship in 1-5 business days. Made to order will ship within the product's lead time stated on its product page.
When your order ships, a shipment confirmation with tracking numbers will be sent within one business day to the email address entered at checkout. See above for average shipping times based on your location.
Swatch orders will ship within a week of purchase. We always aim to ship these as soon as possible, but if you need swatches urgently please email sales@rebeccaatwood.com and we can help.
You can add rush printing for wallpapers directly on the product's page or add expedited shipping at checkout.

As the sender, we are unable to waive the signature requirement once your order has already shipped. As the recipient, you can sometimes change the delivery instructions directly on the website of the shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Depending on the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), the delivery driver will usually make more than one attempt to deliver your package. If your package is not delivered, it may be sent to a nearby pickup location. If your order is not claimed, it will eventually be returned to our warehouse. If your order is returned to our warehouse, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend your order.
We do! If you are located outside of the USA or Canada, please reach out for a shipping quote. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
Policy & Terms of Sale
Please note that wallpaper, fabric, and made-to-order pillows are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced and cut specifically for your order. We strongly recommend ordering swatches in advance to ensure you are satisfied with the color, texture, and scale before placing your final order.
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for promptly inspecting the order. Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within five (5) business days of delivery and prior to any cutting, installation, or use. Claims received after this period, or after the product has been altered in any way, will not be accepted.
Refused shipments, undeliverable packages due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), or failure to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for all shipping charges and applicable restocking or reshipment fees. If a package is returned to us, we may re-ship the order at the customer’s expense, subject to confirmation.
High-value or custom orders will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) will serve as proof of receipt. Once delivery is confirmed, liability for loss or damage passes to the customer, and we are no longer responsible for the item.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms of sale.
All fabric and wallpaper must be inspected before cutting. No cut yardage will be accepted for return.
All fabric and wallpaper is inspected carefully before it is shipped, however final responsibility for confirming an order is correct and has no critical flaws rests with the customer. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt. Do not cut until you have checked for correct pattern, correct color, correct quality, correct quantity and/or cut lengths, and any flaws.
Email us at sales@rebeccaatwood.com within 5 business days of receipt to address any flaws. Please include your order number and images if possible.
Please store your yardage safely. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to yardage put into storage before it is pulled for final use.
