Sales Intern, Part-time (Flexible)

Reports to

Sales Associate
VP of Sales & Marketing

Position Purpose

As a Sales Intern at Rebecca Atwood, you will focus on providing operational sales support to the sales team. This includes customer outreach, sample management support and data entry in our customer relationship management system.

Key Responsibilities &Accountabilities

·      Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

·      Assist with order tagging in Shopify and order updates in our CRM

·      Maintain and update customer information in our CRM

·      Support outreach to trade partners and wholesale accounts

·      Assist with sales material organization and shipments

·      Conduct basic sales and customer research

·      Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams where necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·      Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in business, marketing, communications, interior design, ora related field

·      Strong organizational and communication skills

·      Comfortable with basic data entry

·      Interest in sales, customer relationships in the design or home industry

·      Self-motivated and eager to learn about sales
